FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. What’s the shelf life of the yogurt Ans-7-14 days 2. What preservatives can I use. Ans-Refrigerator 3. What do I do with the 2nd batch of yoghurt starter? Use it within 7 days to make a fresh yogurt 4. Can I use my yogurt as a starter for another batch Ans-Yes 5. Can you give me preservative to use so the yogurt can last for months Ans-I have no idea 6. What if I don’t have an oven Ans-Use any warm spot in your house and wrap your yogurt with duvet 7. What kind of milk did you use? Ans- any brand of full milk milk 8. What do I do with the first starter? Ans- use within 7 days to make second starter, keep it refrigerated and trash afterwards

Some r jux wicked people who like to hoard knowledge. My own friend dat I have been purchasing her yogurt nd I told her I will come nd learn nd she said wen am ready I should come Finally I got de time to go nd learn from her nd even sell her products for her in de process till am done learning. She said she wunt teach me again. I was soo surprised. She didn't even tell me oo, it's her sisters dat had to tell me finally. God being soo good I chance upon dis nd may more videos nd I have started my own yogurt business.

I have some questions to ask ma. 1) Can I still use the first starter to make my yoghurt production or I can only use it to make another fresh starter like you did which would be used for my production? 2) What was the measurement of the starter you used for the yoghurt production here?

This video is all I need. I have veen seriously searching for the best way to start my yoghurt from scratch instead of using another store bought yoghurt. God bless you ma for this. I would like to ask the first starter you made,what did you do to the rest of it. Did you trash them?

You can’t use the first starter cos it’s too concentrated with lemon. The second starter is what you can keep for about 7 days in the refrigerator

Most probably the temperature was too low or too high at the point when you added the starter. Use a thermometer to check for the temperature of the milk before adding the starter usually between 41-43 degrees centigrade

The first one is too concentrated with lemon and if you use that for your yogurt it’ll have same taste (lemon taste) and you don’t want that. That’s why we used the first one to make a second one that’s less concentrated which we can now use to make the yoghurt proper. The first starter will be trashed I hope this helps.
