You did a great job and you kept it simple. I've been growing on average 25 varieties of different Chili Peppers over the last couple of decades and making salsa and hot sauce. Your method is so straightforward and anybody can follow it and create their own taste profile. I also like how you didn't lean too heavily on salt.

I made hot sauce for the first time this year. I had way to many red ripe jalapeno peppers in my garden to let them go to waste. First I fermented them with garlic cloves and mangoes like you would do when making sauerkraut for 2 weeks. The fermenting gave the pepper mix some natural vinegar and other flavours. Then, using info from the many hot sauce recipes that are on the net, I added spices, herbs, honey, vinegar, sugar etc. After blending and straining, I hot packed the sauce in hot sauce jars I bought off the net. I ended up with 24 bottles and a mason jar full because I didn't have enough hot sauce jars. I started giving the stuff away. Everyone loves it. Dumb luck I'm sure but it was a lot of fun. I'm watching this video because making hot sauce was so much fun I can't get enough of seeing how other folks do it. Thumbs up here!

Death Crypt of Duncan at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills On July 13, 2012, Duncan was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center after suffering a heart attack.[21] Media reports suggested that his girlfriend, Omarosa Manigault Newman, had tried to save his life by performing CPR.[22] Duncan's publicist, Joy Fehily, issued a statement on August 6 that read he was moved from the intensive-care unit but remained hospitalized following his heart attack.[23] On September 3, Duncan died in Los Angeles.[24] In spite of a family request, no official autopsy was performed.[25] Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Hunter believes that Duncan likely had cardiac sarcoidosis, and that the condition was the probable trigger for the actor's fatal heart attack.[25] (It has been established that Duncan had general sarcoidosis, which he likely contracted while working for a gas company in his early twenties.[25]) Seven months after his death and according to his family,[26] Omarosa was under suspicion for changing his will and testament.[27] They also claim that Omarosa manipulated Duncan in his final days, lied about her engagement and sold his belongings without the family's knowledge.
