Mahalo sharing! Happy New year 2023. I’ve been watching your KZbin whenever I have time and I’m so jazzed and grateful for the instructions and videos. Your grandma is a gem. My mom passed away in October 2021 at the young age of 103 and she was a great cook. The sad thing is that we didn’t record her knowledge and I have to try and remember things she may have mentioned or advised. So this is wonderful! Congratulations on your baby and blessings to you and your ohana. Aloha Sue from Hilo

I tried making the inarizushi but the vinegar sauce didn't taste right. The recipe description says 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar + 5 T. Sugar + 1 T. Salt. Is that the right amount of rice vinegar (it looks a lot more than 1/3 cup in the video)?
@Caritaira3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes, that is the correct amount with 5 C. rice. We actually got this from the Honda Tofu company.
@Caritaira3 жыл бұрын
Make sure you get just the rice vinegar … not rice vinegar for sushi which sometimes already has sugar in it.
