been doing roast ribs for years with just salt and black pepper.. it's freaking delicious especially with real natural dry apple wood and cherry wood... slow roast after the wood turns into nice white medium heat charcoal.... no need for any wet bbq sauce to mask over the true flavor of pork ribs..

I bought the rotisserie rib attachment when I bought the Masterbuilt 800 with a rotisserie . You get the best of both charcoal and rotisserie ribs !

I just purchased this rib rack tool. We made 2 racks of BB ribs this weekend, and they were the BEST RIBS that I've ever tasted!!! Odd thing is, I have never been a rib guy, but now I'm addicted! Looking forward to doing more BB ribs this Memorial Day weekend!!! Thanks for sharing, it works perfectly on my 22" Webber kettle rotisserie, and the flavors were over the top!!!

I agree. The spray on citrus BBQ cleaner works pretty good. I use my elec pressure washer sometimes. It seems a bit over kill. Unfortunately, the SS grates, rotisserie, baskets, etc. just don't fit in my sink well.

On the topic of of using Asian sauces, have you tried Plum sauce? I believe it would go well with pulled pork, give it a go!!

soaked wet wood burns longer and cleaner and as far as smoke box stopping wood from catching fire, it depends on the temp

Is this the 64005 napoleon rib basket? The reviews I find say that model won’t hold ribs. We definitely need a rib basket!!

Ziet er goed uit, maar waar zit je schoorsteen? Als je smokebox links zit en rechts zit je schoorsteen, dan vind ik deze setup wel logisch, maar iets zegt me dat de schoorsteen niet rechts zit. Toch?

Great video fellas. The ribs wouldn't work for my people, bite tender doesn't work here. Gotta be fall of the bone. BUT, they looked delicious and the sauce looks like winner. I'm definitely lusting after the bbq, Roel. Gonna have to sell more chickens so I can get one.

Fall of the bone is mid grade cooking
@peteratkin61512 жыл бұрын
@@harrygroft6127 according to you. According to my people, it's top shelf cooking . I've been cooking for a long time, including a few years being paid to cook. My people, for a given value of my people, is what matters. You don't like fall off the bone, then don't like it. But don't disparage it because you don't like it.

You got to remove knob so it won’t burn and flip the rotisserie half through the cook, nah to much going on for a gas grill. They should of waited to release the rotisserie until they made it fit and be able to use probably. Rushed add on from napoleon.
