I love savory and original from Florida, so I would say grits and tofu scramble (eggs) with mushrooms bacon crumbles. Maybe topped with a little green onion and for those who like cheese grits, how about some savory cashew cheese sauce.

From my year spent working at a burrito bar: If you do the marination of the red onions with the lime juice for about 15 minutes before adding it to your guac it turns the guac a really bright almost mint green colour (we used to make up to 20kg of it fresh every morning). Also if you heat the tortilla first and roll it before it cools down then it makes it more stretchy so you can tightly fit in more filling 😊
Considering my cooking skills and speed, I'll be eating this breakfast burrito for dinner

Nisha, you are an absolute GODSEND. My meal repertoire had gotten so stale by the time i found your channel a couple months ago. My girlfriend is so obsessed with every dish of yours that I've made! I love getting to watch her take the first bite of whatever new recipe of yours I've tried. I ordered your instant pot cookbook and it finally arrived this week! I started with your lentil-walnut gyros (my favorite food pre-veganism that I haven't had since - over 5 years!). They are to die for. I'm about to whip up your corn chowder to mark the end of summer. I can't wait to cook my way through it! And not only are your recipes delicious, but your warm and humorous energy is so apparent in your videos. You're the absolute best!!!

Girl you have no idea how this video changed my life. I tried it once and fell sooo in love with it. I swear since then i make them almost EVERYDAY. I just leave out the Pico de gallo because i am personally not a big fan BUT the burritos are still so incredible and fit my taste perfectly. I once made them when my boyfriend and I (he loves them too btw) had friends over. The one friend did the first bite looked at me and said „this is literally the best burrito I have ever eaten in my life“ he also told me the restaurant he wanted to take us later that day could not even try to make food so delicious like this. Also the tofu scramble is so perfect. I searched for a good recipe for so long and this is just… its just perfect. Thank you for your incredible work and making my life so delicious ❤️

Your channel is truly my favorite... 🤗 A heads up to all those who may be wondering if Veganism is a good way to go, especially those suffering with kidney disease or kidney issues. You have probably been told that kidney disease is irreversible. I have been vegan for just over 2 months now (and completely inspired by this lady's recipes) and from being mostly bed ridden with a kidney function of 36%, I was told yesterday that my kidney function is now at 81%. My joints don't ache, no period pains (is that TMI🤭) and this previous insomniac now sleeps like a baby. I have the same energy as my 4 kids again. A miracle for this adventure lover! Thank you for your wonderful channel and bubbly character! Yay to Vegans around the world! 🥰

Nisha! Your recipe is just too good to be true. Adding black salt and spices to the tofu is hands down the best cooking technique I've learnt this year. Honestly I was never a fan of breakfast burritos. I made this for dinner last night. Substituted potatoes with sweet potatoes.. And used bitchin sauce instead of the sauce you made from scratch.. A trick I've learned for tofu scramble is to do half silken tofu and half extra-firm tofu, as well as adding plant milk. It makes them more of a "soft scramble" that way.
@lindastafford39583 жыл бұрын
Try freezing the tofu. The water will come out and you will have a very nice texture to make the scramble with.

All of your recipes look Devine! I wonder have ever tried freezing your tofu and then thawed do the same process? I find it gives the tofu a firmer consistency can also mimic a more meaty feel, of course for this breakfast one it’s meant to be more egg like in texture. Just a thought. Aloha 🌺🤙🏻
