Chef. I'm highly impressed with your skills and lecturing. Just unsubscribed from a channel that advised the CDC says it's okay not to wash turkey. YUCK. People please wash vegetables too. Caribbean people wash our meat. We wash everything. Scalding meat is a definite. A tear almost left my eye. You are doing it right. Proud of you. Much success with your career and channel. Making this recipe this weekend with wings.

Socah Divah Do you know that washing chicken spread salmonella all over your kitchen seeing as water splashes! Focus on washing and not cooking🙄. Additionally, vegetables breathe..so good luck washing what is already consumed by the growing process.

Man I made this soup the other day and it was a huge hit. I had to tweak it a little for my american born children but the components of the soup was still the same. I used chicken thighs and wings instead of the chicken foot , and I added onions, green peppers and tomatoes. This was the best recipe ever, thanks a bunch.!

From one chef to another, l love your cooking. 1 suggestion though, I would skim off the scum and oil from the chicken foot water and use it in the soup pot. That water is like stock and its rich in collagen which makes the soup gummy. But on a whole everything tun up. Nuff respect from yaad 🇯🇲

Making a version of this soup on this Saturday afternoon. I say a version because I used what was in my kitchen, American sweet potato, butternut squash, added kale and used chicken wings, and no dumpling. At the end it’s a different soup 😭 but still tasty nonetheless. Made the actual chicken foot soup a couple months ago and it was a big hit with everyone.
