Looks so delicious! :D Chinese in the US here~ We Chinese people also love chicken feet! We have many ways to cook them. One of my favorites is frying only the center part of the chicken feet palm lol! And I used to eat pickled pepper chicken feet as snacks haha! Thank you for sharing many great Jamaican recipes!! I tried my best and bought most of the seasoning you used in the videos from Amazon even the flavorice haha! It would be great if you could add the seasonings and materials you use and main cooking steps in the description. Thank you!!:D

We cook Chicken feet too, have been eating it since childhood, my father used to raise and sell chickens, so when the chickens were killed we'd have plenty, also used the heads. In fact people in all the islands use chicken feet so it is not only a Jamaican thing. I used to live in another island and we are more alike than different, may have different accents, do some things a little different but had a similar history.

Thanks for sharing! I can't wait to attempt to make this!

Just made this today. I remembered how my mom did it but put some of your spin on it such as the coconut milk and putting in scallions whole and whole garlic .
