Morris Time Cooking looks really good. Does the dried sorrel give the same test as the fresh? I have been hesitant to buy it because I'm not sure lol
@MorrisTimeCooking7 жыл бұрын
Talea O'Reggio it does give the same great flavor in fact when some herbs & plants are dried they become stronger. Don't fear it prepare it & trust me you may not even want to share it!😀

If you are having a problem finding red sorrel (aka, Hibiscus), go to your local middle eastern grocery store and look for a bag of dried Karkady, Karakdih, Karkade, or similar (pronounced "KAR-kah-dee") in the spices section. Karkady is Arabic for red sorrel.

How u leave out pimento seed yooow youth to preserve it
@afreeman88525 жыл бұрын
Alcohol preserve everthing. That's why jamaican black cake can last forever without going stale. If you're going to keep the sorel for a long time pimento is good but the sorel will have a bitter taste.
