Hi Thanks for this lovely recipe I am a newbie baker and I have a question please My oven lower heat starts from 200 C and upper heat starts from 170 C. Can you advise how to bake this fluffy chiffon with it? Thanks in advance

Very beautifully done! I wish I can make it but I don't have that small of a bundt pan sigh.My pan is regular 10 cup sized. Is there a reason asto why this can't be baked in say, a 6 inch or 7 inch round cake pan?

Because of the chimney, it takes shorter time than round pan. Bakes inside and outside, so the cake keeps it's moistness. Thanks for watching!

In the states, this type of mold is usually marketed as an angel food cake pan.. it's taller than a bundt pan, to allow for the drastic rise in meringue -based cakes.

@@ky0ukasuigetsu Haha my issue is I don't own that kinda pan that is small enough for this recipe. My angel food pan is the regular size. Guess I may have to double or triple (unsure?) this recipe if I were to attempt it? I love pumpkin and I do have all the ingredients on hand... hehe

This recipe looks very good! I love chiffon cake, so I'll try! Although pumpkin is not good at this station, in Brazil. I made a chiffon cake yesterday, but it did not look too good, it tasted like an omelet. What did I do wrong?

Looks amazing. I have a request, not related to pumpkin! I just found out about a food called monjayaki. At first I thought it looked foul, then I watched closely it being made. I remembered how much I love a thickened gravy, and browned bits from a pan, and it appears that those are two major characteristics of this dish. To be honest, it looks to me like it was discovered by someone who set out to make okonomiyaki, realised they only had a bit of flour and no eggs, but decided to carry on anyway! Could you make it for us?

You can't make chiffon cake with regular mold. If you still want to make it, t takes twice longer and the texture is not the same.

No. You have to use chiffon cake mold, if you want the same cake.
