He actually didn’t show us how to make them ! He just stuck his fingers in the dough , and then filled it with jelly ! We missed the whole dough recipe part !

I never have understood how the Kolache Factory gets away with placing meat-filled kolaches on pans on the wall under no heat all day. I own a bakery and the health dept in my county would never allow this.

I was born and raised in West. I even worked at a legacy Kolache bakery in West in my High school years. IMO Something just doesn’t look right with these.

No. These are supposed to be meat and cheese or gravy filled. I disagree with sweet kolaches

No. These are supposed to be fruit flavored. The meat and cheese came only when Texas got it's hands on the original version and, like always, made it Murica version.
