Hello everyone, friends.
Welcome to my channel.
Today I will grant your wish to make a true Korean delicacy, kim chi. The Secret to Cooking Kim Chi in Rice Flour.
Korean cabbage kim chi is a crispy, tasty and hearty snack.
You will love this easy Spicy Chinese Cabbage recipe.
A quick recipe that anyone can cook. This delicious recipe that I use to cook kim chi will be loved by everyone who tries it.
Let us begin.
Preparation and ingredients:
4-5 Chinese cabbage.
Cut off the top side.
And cut two parts.
Make cuts with a knife.
Soak the cabbage in cold water.
Then charge.
Coarse salt.
Grind.
Scatter between each cabbage leaf.
leave for 2 hours.
Now turn the cabbage.
so that it is salted evenly.
Leave for another 2 hours.
so far we are cooking rice porridge.
600ml water.
2 tablespoons rice flour.
Well mixed.
Cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
let cool down.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables and other seasonings.
2 radishes.2 carrots.
I'll cut it into strips.
rub through a grater.
2 bunches of spring onions.
200g garlic.
80g ginger.
Grind.
Add rice porridge.
400g peppers.
Well mixed.
Cabbage is complete
salted.
Now we have to wash it.
Rinse repeatedly with cold water and then change the water.
And wash again.
Drain the cabbage well.
Now let's make kimchi.
Lay out each cabbage leaf and put vegetables in it.
Cover with cling film.
Keep refrigerated.
You can eat right away.

Super ich mache es genauso. Nur vermisse ich die Fischsauce. Ist ein muss. Ich habe mein kimchi in einem Tontopf im Garten vergraben wie früher in Korea üblich, mahl sehen was daraus wird 😉.

Ohne Fischsauce und Sesamöl, Reismehl wird es kein Kimchi, denn diese beiden Hauptzutaten lassen das Kimchi fermentieren. Sie haben leckers Salat gemacht,aber leider kein kimchi. Without fish sauce and without sesame oil and without rice flour, there is no kimchi because these two main ingredients allow the kimchi to ferment. You made a delicious salad but not a fermented kimchi. 액젓도 없고 참기름도 없고 쌀가루도 없으면 이 두 가지 주재료로 김치가 발효되기 때문에 김치가 없다. 발효 김치가 아닌 맛있는 샐러드를 만들었다

@Jk Sie haben Recht, Salz ist ein teilweise ausreichender Faktor, um fermentieren zu können. Aber es heißt Kimchi.Ich schreibe als 10-jährige koreanische Braut: Unsere Großmütter in unserem Dorf sagen, dass Kimchi ohne Fisch soße- und Reismehl nicht möglich ist, und einigen zufolge ohne Sesamöl.Wenn Kimchi seinen Namen verwendet, kann es ohne diese 3 Faktoren auch Koreanischen Chilipulver kein Kimchi sein. Sondern eingelegte fermentierte Gemuse sein.

Das ist keine Zucchini, das ist Rettich. Aber Egal, es schmeckt nur nach Salz und Knobi.Muss ich nicht haben. Habe das Original ausm Chinaladen geholt.
