How to Make Krumkake/Pizzelle Cookies
របៀបធ្វើនំថងងួន​​ប្ញនំបំពង់
Ingredients-គ្រឿងផ្សំ
1 cup rice flour-ម្សោសាយ 1 កែវ
6 eggs-ពងមាន់ 6 ពង
1 tablespoon corn starch-ម្សោឆា 1 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds-គ្រាប់ល្ង 1 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
1 cup coconut milk-ខ្ទិះដូង 1 កែវ
1/2 cup sugar-ស្ករ 1/2 កែវ
1/4 teaspoon salt-អំបិល 1/4 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
2 teaspoons of flavor extract (your choice)-ទឹកសម្រង់ស្លឹកតើយ 2 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ

I try the recipe, taste good but it taste stiff n old after a few hours doesn't stay crunchy long. I did everything as you did in the video

Really? that's suck. I didn't remember they get stiff n old that fast! Maybe because I put mine in a bag and put them in the refrigerator after they cool down. Not sure what happen, I'll try the recipe again and see what happen. Thanks for letting me know.

Sami Preap I'm not too sure the exact name, but that's the name my parents called them. A gentleman told me it was called thong moun. So, I think people may have different dialects depending which regions you're from.
