Why didn't you put it back on fire and add water to cook the raw flour you added

For white Amala, there is no need for that. We make it just like Eba. The heat from boiling hot water is enough to coook it. White Amala is made from casa a just like Garri is also made from cassava. The black Amala requires you to put it back on the fire to ensure it is well done. I hope this helped
