This is my go-to frosting recipe as it is stable, smooth and less sweet. I used in on most cake decoration and even flower piping too. Recipe 200g Egg Whites 蛋白 180~200g Caster Sugar 细砂糖 100g Water 水 700g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油
