Thank you very much for this recipe! I used yours mostly but also followed another video. I added the shells of the lobster to the pasta water as it cooked to infuse that flavor. I didn’t have the lobster bouillon but had vegetable, chicken and beef…. I chose vegetable for no reason other than you called it out 1st as a substitute. I used only 3 tails because I’m a poor bastard. Other than that I basically followed your recipe and it blew our taste buds away! The video was great and much appreciated. I’ll be following you now to see how else you can help me step up my cooking game! ✌️

My soninluv and I made this Easter. Delicious. I would call Better than Bouillon "salt paste". Personally, I wouldn't use it again and find other fish/seafood seasonings. Couldn't find Boursin so we substituted with another garlic/herbs paste. We used your recipe with our own preference amounts. Thanks for the recipe
