a tailor friend of mine made them for me from ramaining pieces of "kitenge" cloth they make for their clients.. you can go to a tailor and ask for them to do the same for you dear 👍🏿

Managu are non starchy vegetable that should grown thy help with vitamin jucy good source of for losing weight.also we Africa need to start growing our vegetables and fruits and specific vegetables and fruits and eat raw for chollophyll and thoroko for salad . vegetables and juice.like my comments thumbs up aconclude all vegetables are good source of vitamin.
