I've shared this also. You are amazing. I have recently started trying to cook again after about 13 years of just eating process meals. It is only myself but I have been ill and I made a promise to God to start trying to get rid of processed foods and eat better and food that I cook. Needless to say, I've forgotten so much. At almost 67 years old I am learning to love to cook all over but I'm making so many boo boo's. Thank you for being among the wonderful ladies that are teaching me all over again to have hope. God bless you.

Considering the cost of mayonnaise in Nigeria now and fact that this will be home made meaning one is sure of the content and all, this video is a blessing indeed. Thanks also for leaving a note on the use of raw egg in it because that got me a bit uncomfortable but am comfortable now knowing the lemon can take care of it. I am surely trying this today. Thanks.

Hello from Canada.👋🏼 After watching a couple of your videos and seeing how simple the ingredients and how easy the methods you use, I am officially a brand new subscriber. I love to cook and bake and I'm always looking for new and easy recipes that are inexpensive, don't require a lot of (or exotic) ingredients or fancy gadgets to make them, and are relatively quick to make. I also like learning how to make things I use often so I don't have to constantly go to the store, which is really important right now with the Pandemic. Thank you for that! In Canada, we have two types of mayonnaise. Regular like you've made here and what we call Miracle Whip (sometimes also called whipped dressing), which is a more sweet, less savory alternative to regular mayonnaise. I use only the regular for some things, but I sometimes use a combination of the two for other things, and I prefer just the sweeter version for sandwiches. My question, if you know the answer, is if Miracle Whip/whipped dressing is made by just adding sugar to regular mayonnaise or is it made with way more different ingredients? Also, I saw you say many times that you can use other oils, tho fragrance and taste free oils are preferred for obvious reasons, but can you combine different oils and amounts to reduce fat content and help keep it as taste free as possible or does it have to be just one single type? For example, can I use 1/2 coconut oil and 1/2 vegetable oil or maybe 3/4 olive oil and 1/4 veg oil, or any other oil combination/amount for the oil content? Thanks again and I know I'm going to just love your channel! 💕

thank you for the great ways of making homemade mayonnaise. I've used the last method, as I happened to have the tool. It was incredibly easy, as it made the right texture instantly. However, it was too salty. I ended up doubling the oil and eggs and other ingredients to dilute the saltiness, but it is still too salty..... The next time, I will probably use 1/4 tsp of salt, and that would just do fine for me. Still, this has been a great find. Thanks a lot
