No joke. My go to burger is the double quarter pounder with cheese but I rarely get them because they're too expensive. I remember a few years ago where mcdonald's had their jalepeno mcdouble and other stuff that was not bad..now it's like they have such few options and I can't forgive them for booting the steak egg and cheese bagels.. I've been wanting one for years. Last one I had was in 2014 or 2015

Even tenderized that sirloin is too "dense" to replicate what McD's is doing. Try picking up thin sliced ribeye, tenderize that a bit, will be much close to the meat on the original. Overall yours looks very good!

I was told since the beginning of covid, the beef prices are too high, and is discontinued. I use to tell everyone about that delicious steak 🥯. Oh no! But if you want well done, use ribeye instead of sirloin, or even chuck steak mock tenders. 2 mins 1st side, 1.5 on the other. Good luck on this great looking breakfast
