This is turning into a cooking channle! I won't lie Savvas, You always upload just after I have had some kind of cheese. I had mascapone, ricotta, mozzerla with black and green olives from a jar. It was shit. I had to add some dairy lea triangles in for a bit of punch. And rivita cracker bread tastes worse than mdf. I think your houmous, some flat bread and olives would have been much nicer. Not sure on your tooling mind, a two flute would have been better for cleanup.

Houmous is the middle ground between cheese and bread. I think that needs to be investigated more thoroughly. I'm sure someone smarter than me could make houmous into cheese - and then they would make multi-millions pound industry.
