i would put the soap on the scale and measure the FO like that, not the minus the FO

Can you use bubble wash, thickener, because I clicked on the site and they was out of the hand soap, and they suggested the bubble stuff instead

It hardens up, not quite as hard as regular soap but close to it

The fragrance oil should have a suggested use rate, that is how you determine how much you should use.
