Corn on the cob
4 tbsps melted butter
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 package Cotija cheese
tajin or chili powder
1/4 cup cilantro
2 limes
All-Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp white sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven or Grill to 400 degrees. Clean corn and brush with oil or melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder. Grill or bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender. If using the oven, place corn under the broiler for a few minutes to get some char.
Mix together the mayo, sour cream, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and season to taste. In a separate bowl, break apart the Cotija cheese and add some lime zest. Brush mayo mixture onto the corn and then spoon on the cheese. Top with Tajin or Chili powder and serve.

Pro tip: if you use the non sharpen end it will go into the corn much easier and usually won't break the stick. I don't understand it, but I do it everyday at work so try it out

This is the 5th time I hav tried to make this. Finally hit the mark. Thank you. MY son treated me to dine out the night of the Warrior's Watch Party. I ordered the Elote Corn @ the restaurant. There was only one problem. I didn't order enough! My son ate my cob too! SO I have been trying make it "just like I started to try it"@ the restaurant. But...never got fully satisfied. But today, I did the whole nine yards. Mesquite BBQ, Tajin, CREME MEXICANO, LIME, CILANTRO, STICKS SOAKED IN WATER. IT WAS SO YUMMY.
