;o) I just looked at my notes and I remembered that the Nestle Melts were my go to for this, They make great Modeling Chocolate, this home brand I used here has butter fats in it and I found it a bit Greasy.. :o) Enjoy

It's chocolate, it must be good. It reminds me off marzipan a bit. It would be nice to use with different shaped cutters, & put it on top off cup cakes, & cookies, thanks for sharing this recipe Steve. Take care. ❤🙂🐶

I'm afraid that the white chocolate wouldn't get too far with me. I'd have to taste it... er... well, eat it actually. LOL This looks really easy... except for the kneading parts. I don't have the strength to do that, so I'll have to make this when I"m stronger. Thanks though for showing how to make modeling chocolate. Mmmm

Loving this eerie series of videos for Halloween. There is a product that you may have and that is Almond bark. Do you think it could be a replacement for the chocolate?

I made that little Elephant for a friend of Mine that loves and Collects Elephants.. It had 3 of them on a Cake for her Birthday, family of 3.. I'll post the picture of the Cake on Facebook for you to see Leslie, let me go look see if I took a decent one XX
