This isn't molasses, it's just unrefined sugar. To make molasses from here the sucrose must be separated from this product by way of of a centrifuge. The byproduct of the centrifugal process is molasses. I suspect your stuff here is quite a bit sweeter than what you would buy from a store.
@v87garden8 ай бұрын
It is 100% natural organic molasses
@Baapon7 ай бұрын
Right you are. I was thinking the same. This is just liquid Sugar with Molasses.
@jaredphillips51057 ай бұрын
@@v87garden using big key words like "organic" and "natural" like that is telling of your naivety of what these words actually mean. Molasses contain very little sucrose, the product being manufactured in this video would be almost entirely sucrose. It's just unrefined sugar, nothing more.

@@jaredphillips5105Which is not THAT different from molasses which is the same thing except for the fact that some of the sugar was removed first.
@gonova84124 ай бұрын
@@DerangedCactusMando a side by side taste test. It is VERY different. Different is different either way and the difference here is that it’s not molasses.

Why add water? Why don't stop at the same liquidity ?
@v87garden4 ай бұрын
I add water because I need liquid molasses at the final. if we not add water the molasses will not turn to liquid and it will harden like taffy
@abdullahessam12604 ай бұрын
I think the answer to this is that you need full caramelization, that's why you need very low liquidity, then you add back water for texture.
