I think the most important part of Mexican cooking is just knowing the ingredients of the recipe. Then you just kind of go with it and taste as you go lol.

Mole has been my favorite food for as long as I can remember, my mom made the best mole, until I tried my husband's family's recipe...it is amazing, even my mom wants that recipe, but it's like their most protected recipe...I've been with him 11 years and I still can't have it.

I think u did a good job that’s how we all learn. Also every country has a typical dish made slightly different in each region. I’m Dominican-American and my moms country has different variations to every common dish. I live in NYC and have had many molè’s from different friends and restaurants. And during quarantine I’ve been looking to do one. I’ve only done Beachbody’s copycat skinny molè. Your mom’s looks 💣 gonna have to try it. Dang, growing up my favorite dish that my grandma made was chicken mole and all of my dads side of the family is from Jalpa, Zacatecas area. My family always says recipes are a little different based on the region so its nice to see a recipe thats derived from Zacatecas aswell. Such a great meal!

I’m Native American and my sisters married into a Hispanic family. I remember the first time I ever tried mole. My BILs sister made it. It was soooooooo good. Especially when you mix it with rice.....it was the very first time I ever tried a real authentic home made Hispanic dish..... I’ve always wanted to try to make it...and loved that you did a smaller recipe too cuz my family isn’t that big lol is this recipe sweet or spicy? Please do a video on rice. I know it’s so simple....

I saw on other video of them making mole. I was freaking out on what they added. Bread, tortillas, and what y'all put I was in shock 😲. I love mole but I don't think I would have wanted to see the video 😂. But it's so good. I just love it with rice if I make chicken with it it's more for my son .
