Watching this makes me realize how important it is to take small, consistent steps. Success doesn’t come all at once-it’s built piece by piece.

Hey! I am a health coach, I have studied for over 26 years the reverse engineering of health to understand through science how we can treasure health and sustain that wellbeing in time, how to prevent illness, slow the aging process, regenerate cels, strengthen the immune system. I have developed a beautiful concept and formula for all humans that are interest to conquer the most sublime state of living. I will love to share with you, you can ask me whatever question you want about that subject I am more than glad to answer all of them

What happens when you want to find out, but the doctors keep guessing or like a car they have to wait until it acts up or you're half dead, then it's either too late or try things that will either help or take you out?

I think society forgets one thing, they focus a 100% on sugar but totality forget the amount of fat we eat!!! Fat is fat, it does not need to be converted, pretty obvious for me.

This dude is 63 with 13 year olds, I couldn’t imagine that, I’m 36 with a ten year old and 4year old, is he gonna be able to meet his grand kids, sorry that just makes me sad how many people have kids so late in life.
@Mike_AffholderКүн бұрын
Yeah alot of people are having kids later in life. He had them really late though he's making healthy a priority so it he lives to 100 he would probably be able to see his grandkids that would put his kids at 50 unless they wait as long as he did. Lol
@chrisendresno10Күн бұрын
He has mentioned many times he thinks it was such a good thing having kids later in life. With his attitude, and wealth he will be 90 and be healthier than most at 50. So yeh he will most likely see his great grandchildren especially with how quick technology and Ai is changing the health space I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he lived to 120. He tests every 3 months for absolutely everything in his body good or bad though his company fountain life. Educate yourself in health is the biggest priority in life There is so much out there for us we just have to break the addictive cycle we have been criminally exposed to.
@nayonft2624Күн бұрын
He's clearly focused on his health another 20-30 years is not far fetched. I'm sure he will get to see the grandchildren who will be living happily ever after of his trust fund

so on the one hand, you say we should make all these life style changes to live longer.. sure.. but then you go on to say how all these new medications/therapeutics are coming out soon to reverse all the damage you do to your body.. so.. maybe ill just wait for these pills haha

The reason to do exercise and eat well is to avoid disability and pain during the last years of your life, not increase lifespan only. Most people want to expand their health span and not be disabled for the last two decades of their lives.
