Did you measure flour using glass measure cup or did you use measuring cups and then transfer it to the glass? I want to make these today

Sorry for taking a bit to reply. Welcome! Awesome that you are from Ontario, Canada ! Did you use Baking Powder ? It should be fine. It only needs a liquid to activate it, but since BP has a acid in it it may be noticeable in the taste. Not sure never used it instead. Let me know how it worked if you tried it!
