Super helpful. I just realized I have the exact same pot as you so that tip is super helpful. I need to make that fluid bed next.

I’m glad the video was helpful! That’s what these are all about! That tip about the spout is pretty helpful. Kinda annoying but helpful. The fluid bed is a game changer, even if you’re not making stuff at a large scale. Just makes it so you don’t have to stir everything at all. Speeds up the process for sure. Making it is easy. I might do a video making one.

If you put a small piece of heat shrink tubing on the eye before you heat them and dip them you can just pull the shrink tube off. It’ll save you from having to punch out all the eyes.

I know about that, just lazy with it! Lol

If you are making a bunch of jigs at once, just heat them in your small oven until they are 350 degrees. Then you can just dip and hang until you are done. Way faster than just a heat gun.

I’ve heard about people doing that. I’ve never tried it. Might need to give it a shot!

I have my pit all the way up. Yeah you’ll have some when you’re first melting it but it should be smoking the whole time.
