HOW TO MAKE | NGEH TULUSAY/CHEW DEWTIRR GJEN/FISH PALM OIL STEW

Today in the kitchen we have cooked Fish Palm Oil Stew, one of the favorite meals in The Gambia. This recipe is very yummy I remember my mum use to cook it every week because my dad loves it with lots of vegetables.
Ingredients for this recipe are:
Seabream Fish
Palm oil
Onions (Red or White)
Carrots
Cassava
Aubergine
Okra (Ladies Fingers)
Scotch Bonnet Spice
Salt & Pepper
Onga Shrimp
Grains:
