I remember long ago, when I went to the Gambia and ate Chew Kong for the first time. It was a piece of heaven, lol. People were scared I would have stomach problems, because of the palm oil. I ate much. But I was good. My body needed this meal in its life 🤣 Until today I can say this is my favorite dish and you made it just the way I know and love it. ❤ I love all your videos. Thank you

I would love, to see you cook a week worth of different West Indian meals of the Caribbean. I know you can rock it and make it look & taste authentic. That would be a nice challenge.

Wow I was looking for this recipe. But where do you find your gambian/ senegalese good stuff like kobo, yeet in the US? I moved recently and am missing my home country’s dishes
