Did you follow the recipe accordingly? If you did, then seems the oil wasn’t in the right temperature before you added the dough. Was the oil hot enough?

Seems you didn’t sometimes wrong, check the comment someone had tried it and came out nice, I have gotten reviews on IG too concerning this review. Measure correctly using standard cup. Some cups tend to be bigger or get the type I used in video. Try again watching the video alongside and tell me how it goes ❤
