Ingredient for the tomato and pepper mix
7 tomatoes
2 red bell peppers
2 paprika peppers
4 scotch bonnets peppers
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
Ginger
FOR THE STEW
4 medium sized mackerel fish
Vegetable oil
1/2 white onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Tomato and pepper mix
Tomato paste
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 seasonings cubes
Salt to taste
