This is actually a really great and healthy replacement to shampoo because it doesn’t strip all the natural oils from you hair like shampoo does

slice some garlic ( 4 peaces) with some onion (2 very small ones) put them in a pot along with the olive oil and some butter( obchenal) don't let it boil too much remove it from the heat and then put some coconut milk till it's completely coated apply on your scalp and the rest of your hair leave for 25 minutes and wash of with the shampoo ,conditioner and hair rince ( better to use rosemary rince- go to youtube and write: holistichabits rosemary hair rince if you don't know how to make it) mejor before and after use 2 times a week for 3 weeks for better results. and thanks so much for being interested- love you p.s I am a girl -just my brother's account

I will try it, I have combination skin and therefore my scalp tends to get oily really quick ahah but it is not noticeable almost until 3rd or 4th day when it has fully reached out, I can just feel it on my scalp if I touch it.

KT KT that is great, as less heat you put on it the best, but two Times in a year wont really damage your hair. just use a spray To protect your hair FROM the heat

I know this is really old, but if your not seeking to grow out your hair, but want the length to stay healthy, then regular trims are fine. Figure out how much your hair grows in a month and then you get a trim to get rid of what you grew out.
