Hi! Great video. Tks. Question: what if the SAME user comes back to the form link and adds additional payable item, considering that he has already paid the first purchase? How does it look like in the Sheets?

Each time the Google form is submitted, it will create a new order. So if someone comes back to make another order, it will make another row in the spreadsheet. There is no real way to add items after the form was submitted, most sellers just let people submit the form again, or make another form, which has add-ons.

The best thing to do is try it out in test mode. Place as many orders as you wish while the form is in test-mode to see how it works.

Thank you for these details! Are donors able to cancel their subscriptions themselves?🤔 That's a convenient feature that I enjoy and have experienced donors to our organization being able to manage their giving.

If the donor has a PayPal account and donated by logging into they account they will be able to cancel it inside of their PayPal account. If not they will need to contact the administrator of the form and they will need to cancel it inside their PayPal account.

Hi Chinedu - Great question so when it comes to the payment methods built into Payable Forms the payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Square) do see them as a Goods and Services Transaction, today sadly there is no way to automate "Peer 2 Peer" payments where the fee is passed onto the sender. The best option might be for the School, or PTA, or final source of the money to create a (PayPal, Stripe, Square) account and connect it, then allow the donors submitting the form to specify which student they want their donation to contribute towards as one of the form questions.

Is there any way to enter custom amount of donation but recurring monthly, yearly? Because you only have explained "one-time donation model" but not recurring monthly, yearly or monthly/yearly subscription yet fixed amount.

How can I freeze a payment, or adjust the next payment date on a recurring total?

After a subscription is setup, to cancel, pause, or change it, you will need to login to your payment providers website (PayPal, Stripe, or Square) and locate the subscription and update it there. Different payment providers may offer slightly different options.

I cannot get additional donation form to add to total. I have the dollar sign at the end and have the validation set, but it will not calculate the additional donation into checkout. What am I doing wrong?
