It has nothing to do with the shape. Replaced lang ng wood ear mushroom yung shark's fin to imitate the bite you get from eating shark's fin.

@@haicelimoule3316 wala naman sinabi na ok kumain ng shark's fin. ang sinabi lng ay kaya siya tinawag na shark's fin dahil ang original ay may shark's fin na filing hindi dahil sa shape ng dumpling

What i misses are congo grille squid rice, and world's chicken different pasta/noodle varieties, Chinese lumpia in ATC coz it have seaweeds if I remember correctly, century egg dish

Hmm, chopping up the _tenga ng daga_ like that might finally make it edible for me. I really don't like the name (kadiri kaya, who tf named it?) and the texture. It's like eating a sponge. Also my mom had a phase where she put pandan leaves on our rice, it was nice... She probably did that coz our rice tasted _meh._
