Request your item back and as soon as it returns to the Parachut warehouse, they’ll make sure everything is in working order, professionally inspected and cleaned and get it right back into your hands. However, Parachut understands that you may need your items back for personal or professional use as soon as possible. In this situation, they would make every effort to provide you with the same or similar items from the Parachut warehouse to take care of your needs.

Chad Wainscott When you ship in your gear it is completely insured by Parachut. So you can have the pace of mind knowing that it’s covered and safe.
