HOW TO MAKE PEACH COBBLER POUND CAKE!

INGREDIENTS (CAKE)
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
3 cups granulated sugar
dash of cinnamon
5 large eggs room temperature
splash of vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup 7-Up soda
(PEACH TOPPING)
canned peaches
brown sugar
cinnamon
(DRIZZLE)
1 pack of room temp cream cheese
juice from the peaches
1 cup powder sugar
Bake cake on 325 for 1 hour & 15 minutes. To store, seal in airtight container or wrap in foil and refrigerate. Good for 3 days.

Next time spray the whole pan and then put the peaches at the bottom it wont stick and thicken the syrup up just a little more with brown sugar dark corn syrup

GURL!🤪😛😜😝 I made your recipe and it came out great. Everyone loved it❣Now I didn't do the extra glaze with peaches on from the stovetop nor the cream cheese icing on top. I thought the cake was going to be too too too sweet. I did make a mistake by adding the batter on one side of my bundt pan, so my peaches ended up on one side of my cake 😱 and the batter did overflow into the middle of my pan ... but oh my goodness did it still come out excellent? Yes it did, the flavor and the moisture in that cake, oh lurt, so good. I couldn't stop nibbling at the cake from when it came out of the oven. Next time I'm planning on tweaking it. Oh Wow, I love this recipe. peach cobbler is one of my favorite recipes to make and this cake, I can't say enough. Thank you for sharing. 😍🤗

I know the cake was delicious, but to make it even lighter , you might want to level off your flour, with a straight edge spatula or knife 🔪 then you sift the All purpose flour it a separate bowl take a large spoon and scoop little bit at a time into the measuring cup, that way it’s you Won’t 🤔 Pack more flour than you need too, and the cake would be more fine...., but you don’t want to build a habit of taking the measuring cup and just dipping in the bag of All purpose flour or cake flour, because you pack more in which you don’t realize that you do, than add your salt 🧂 to the dry ingredients Which is your flour, because the salt distributes better when you mix it with your flour .... Your cake looks very delicious, and I know it was good! What do you just want to make it even better, we’re just in older people, trying to help ! Like when The other person stated spray your pan first with the Baker’s Joy spray before you add your peaches 🍑 that way Repeat a small stick to the pan. Please don’t be mad at us, We just want to see you thriving for more.... Stay safe out there I know it’s coronavirus streets, I will too, And don’t forget to use universal precautions! 👩🏾‍🦲😘😷

It's best to spray the entire bundt pan before adding the butter and peaches. I make my upside down pineapple bundt cakes that way in the same pan, and they come out perfect every time.
