Hey Charlie. I made this cake but I used cake flour and 8 oz cream cheese and 2 oz h&h instead of milk and sour cream (my s.c. cakes always come out wrong) and it is amazing. It is so moist and a great flavor. I didn’t like the glaze so I made more puree to put on top. Once again you gave us a winner! Thank you. 💜🥰

I’d also be willing to try other berries for this cake. Red raspberries and black raspberries, even though more expensive, would be delicious.

I appreciate the compliments. Yes, you could also remove the seeds from the puree using a mesh strainer. Other berries will work as well. Thanks for sharing!
