Great video but the attack knob is not pointless! You can use it to remove the clicks acting like a kick in some 808's so you can use another kick you without clashing with that particular 808

As a total beginner, I tried to follow but found it difficult. Sometimes you jump cut to windows already opened, and I have no idea how to open them. I'd like to revisit the video in a few weeks and hopefully I'll be able to follow.

If you haven’t already played with 808s in alchemy it’s hard to follow. Tbh look for the tutorials that are ten minutes or more, because they actually do most of it step by step

Cheers mate, never played with 808s aside from triggering bass drops because I mainly make metal - thought I'd try something new today and the sample pack helped because ya boi doesn't use samples normally, haha. Thanks man.

Very helpful video! I’m used to doing my 808s in mono on the new the quick sampler. But I do find my drums hit harder in alchemy… My question is how do you put the 808 in mono? I thought it was legato but it seems to be more for slides.
