If you live in the South, you could probably get them anywhere. In the Northern states most people have never heard of them. One of the good things about KZbin videos is there are no boundaries for recipes - as long as you're willing to try it at home. I hope you do and thanks for commenting!

Hello, just wondering- how long can the batter sit before it has a different texture?

Sorry for the late response, I have been in and out of hospital but recovering. New videos coming out soon. The batter should stand for about 1/2 hour at which point the flour is hydrated. You can refrigerate and use for a few days.
