Thank you for teaching me about pickling beets. We have pickled eggs the easy (lazy) way by putting our boiled eggs in with the pickled beets and their juice (store bought)....delicious! I spied 2 kitties in the background. You have so much sweet life there. And what a good Mama you are with the kiddy pool all ready for your kiddos. Sweet. p.s. the green beans look beautiful.

We’re Greek and we eat a lot of those greens those greens that you’re throwing your goats are amazing or 10 times better in spinach or Swiss yard if you take them separate the leaves from the stems cook stems a little bit first with olive oil and garlic and then adding your leaves near the end for more garlic and more olive oil with the end, squeeze in lemons and then sprinkle feta cheese in it

The greens are delicious!! Cook just like other greens or mix with other greens. And they are so healthy for you. The dark red veins holds many vitamins I love your videos!

Pickled eggs in the left over pickled beet juice are so delicious. You should really try them.
