This is seriously one of my favorite guilty pleasures. It’s one of those things where you can just about set it and forget it, kind of. I mean Obviously you don’t want to forget about it, but you can definitely walk away from it While the magic is happening and do other things. Consider this beginner level Charcuterie. This is in the pâté/rillettes/terrine category of Charcuterie, and is typically served with bread or crackers and other accompaniments.

I eat something like this in a small German town that was spread on a dark rye sourdough bread and I couldn't stop eating it. Thanks for the video!
