I know it's a couple years later but listen, I got a crockpot as an early Christmas gift and I have been waiting to try this recipe. I couldn't find the Lipton mix so I used McCormick Slow Cooker Roast seasoning mix. My roast, red potatoes and carrots are in the crockpot right now and let me tell you, my apartment smells LOVELY.
