Asopao is similar to Gumbo it’s a soupy rice. But not too soupy. My favorite is shrimp. What’s the vinegar for ?I use usually for tenderizing? Love your videos.

Quick question for you Chef Derick in 2021 April 29. Which type of dried or fresh Oregano do you use. The Mexican variety or the Mediterranean variety? Only thing I would change would be to use frozen peas and carrots. Sturdy and more colorful👩🏽🍳🥰 But looks amazing!!!

Yes, but keep in mind that the rice is going to absorb a lot of the broth so the consistency won't be the same as when you just made it

Eggs with adobo. Ok you got me on that. Never in all my 62 yrs of life have I ever heard anyone use adobo on eggs. Must have a video.

You put the adobo in an oven safe dish and crack the eggs on top, sprinkle some cheese on top and bake about 8 min until the whites are set and yolks still runny. I heard this called "huevos cubanos" but I think the name is different depending where you are from.
