If you're frying puff puff, make sure to keep that oil on medium heat. If the oil is too hot, the inside of the puff puff will still be wet even when the outside is done. I feel like it's something videos never mention but I learned from experience.

It was my grandma's wake keep yesterday and mehn they fried puff puff (two bags of flour) and I didn't see to eat...... #watabetrayed. Sisi Yemmie even the greatest chefs use their hands in the kitchen, you have allowed the team #whyareyouusingyourhandsgettoyou, the main thing is cooking in a very neat kitchen and clean hands then its a go. Thumbs up again Sisi yemmie.

This was great! My church is predominantly Nigerian (there are only about two families whos' heritage doesn't directly stem from Africa, one of which is my own) and puff puff is always abundant at potlucks. :D Of course, we also get goodies from Libya and the other wonderful places everyone is from, but there's usually an entire table dedicated to puff puffs from all the different families, and it's really cool to taste the subtle differences between them. My favorites are one family's who put in cinnamon, usually a bit too much for my friends' tastes, but they make them just a tad spicy and I like that :) Good luck in your kitchen, and wish me luck in mine because I'm going to be making these for my own family now! (No need to wait for church parties anymore) XDDD
