What’s up guys! I had received a lot of requests to show how to churn white butter at home easily & you would be able to make some home-made white butter quickly by this recipe. The missi roti turns out to be super delicious & I have used some dal to knead the dough. It’s super healthy & makes a really good breakfast or lunch meal. I have included a special chutney as well in this video. Enjoy the recipe! Cheers!

After a year of washing my own dishes, I could only keep thinking about how tough it would be to get that butter utensil cleaned afterwards. Totally worth it!

Using hot soapy water while cleaning melts out all the surface coated with butter or any fat.

I always make it in the mixer. To clean the jar add some water and liquid dish soap and run the mixer. It gets cleaned easily.

My Naani used to make makkhan from curd, the other way that you told. She used to put that fresh white butter on our palms to eat. I went back in time while watching the video. Loved it ♥️

Sanjyot, 1 best thing is you are giving a description on the time stamps in your video - this way, it is easy for a person watching ur recipe & making to go back & forth the video. Initially, I watched some of your videos & thought U r a guy pretending to be "cool" thru ur mannerisms. But more & more of ur cooking videos I watched, I could see your genuine love for cooking & food. There is passion for cooking in you, you have a certain innocence in you & if I am not wrong, I see a tinge of fear in you - U are knowledgeable, so shed your fear and go all out in your area of work 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Hi dear Sanjyot... amazing recipe n presentation,as always. Would like to share a tip. If you wash butter with plain water 3-4 times, till the water comes out clean , then it will not develop fowl sour smell & can be stored in air tight container in refrigerator for around 2 weeks 😊

You shouldn't buy the one shown in the video. It's machine cut. My personal experience is not good with machine-cut stuff. I suggest you buy a hand-carved model. They do a great job and cost the same or even less. They also look great in the kitchen collection

Missi roti is awesome today my mom made it by watching this recipie ..it is a best thing to eat..where u cannot go outside to bring paneer,fish,prawn and meat,chicken,mushroom etc. in lockdown in normal ways u can made very tasty items. Pl bring more recipies by using this normal ingredients which r available in every home and easy to made. And we dont have to go to super markets for buying paneer and other stuffs. We can get this item in local grocery near home.

Since childhood my friends belongs to Khatri Punjabi families all Bansal’s , Singhal’s and they used to have this White Makkhan and I always explained to my mom to make this type of makhhan.
