To skewer: inward facing bellpepper, pineapple, meat, onion, inward facing bpepper ("inward" always means towards meat).. always marry 1 piece of pineapple and 1 piece of bpepper or onion with the meat
@jonslg240 Жыл бұрын
Edit: you also always want many more chunks of meat than she adds. Try this: pepper, meat, pineapple, pepper, onion, meat, pineapple, onion, repeat. Only put 2-3 things between the meat and the next piece of meat. If you do this right, you'll have a piece of pineapple bpepper and onion touching the meat somewhat. Cut the pineapple a tiny but thinner, the onion really thin, and put the outwardly-curved bpepper towards the meat so that it touches the meat

Excellent! I'm a very picky eater, but this looks delicious. Perhaps a little time consuming to prepare, for me at least, it would still be nice to serve guests. Thank you! 💕💕💕

There are many very good salt substitutes on the market. Myself, I am weird, I crave salt 😢 so I might look into them myself as I have at least 15-20 types/flavors of salt, and yea, that's not good!!! since most of my friends can't really eat it 😢

Cool trick with the bread. I have found a box grater to work nicely for a quick dice or mince.

point of correction. a green pineapple is fresh but not ripe. a truly ripe pineapple is golden yellow.

I am sure that Julia added three tablespoons of vinegar and called it four. Then she added another and called it five. This was about at 8:50. (Rest of rant about measuring deleted.)

Soy sauce, sesame oil??? Has nothing to do with kebab. Kebab is from middle east. You are cooking beef skewers with an asian/hawaian flavor. They look great, but that's not kebab. Potatoes salad is very clever with this young fresh thyme !
