Sausage making is easy! There are many recipes you can try, here's what we like for the rabbit sausage seasoning:
3 lbs ground rabbit
.196 oz Celery Juice Powder
2 1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
3/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3.6oz brown sugar
1/4 c basil (dehydrated)
(Water - 10% of weight to make the meat tacky.)

I apologize for the missing footage of adding the seasonings. Mix seasonings well when you add 10% water as shown in video! Recipe is in the description! We lost the footage I do apologize. Be creative and have fun add to your liking. Always try by frying some up before you stuff so you can make adjustments. 😊

LOL, or raise domesticated rabbits, then you don't have to catch them.

I thought I responded earlier, lol. Yes, we raise meat rabbits. They are much bigger than a wild rabbit.

Did you put any seasoning in the mixture before stuffing?

Yes we did before stuffing! When we mixed real well with the 10% water you add seasonings. Mix well! Be creative! Thank you, forgot to add that recipe to the description, it's there now. We were missing that video footage unfortunately!
