I applaud you, girl! I am a pastry chef who has to make basic pasta for work, and its not easy on it's own, let alone creating these colourful versions. Butterfly Pea Flower! My sister is crazy about that. You can buy a pound for an affordable price in Thailand. You can make it into iced tea. Add lemon juice and it turns a violet color.

Zaxor Von Skyler i eat pasta since i was born, i eat it everyday, i know the flavors of it and how pasta should taste. and trust me when i say that blueberry doesnt taste good with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Pasta should taste delicate, delicious, it shouldnt taste disgusting only to make it look like a rainbow or like caramelle/candies. im not judging, im just saying that in my opinion it tastes like shit

asdayanafghjkleyo I think the pasta should be used for stuff with sauce,cheese and vegetables. Not on its own. She makes a lot of dough and slices it quite thinly so I don't think the flavour would be to strong
