Tried it ! It came out so good, got positive reviews. Hack for anyone trying it with chicken... you can use chicken faijta strips and marinate it in the jerk sauce! Saves some time & it still comes out good!

I just made this and used diced chicken instead, marinated it for 5 hours. Also added in some sliced red onions. Followed the rest of the recipe as shown. So good!!!!! Will definitely make this again. I could easily pay 20 bucks for this at a restaurant. But by making it at home, i have lots of leftovers! Thx!

I made this dish. Wooooow! Def skipped on the salt and prepped the ingredients that could be mixed a day ahead to get the flavors infused. Wooo! BF praised me after (I gave you credit though). THAAAAANKS! We used mushrooms instead of shrimp since he’s vegan. It worked out perfectly!
