Wow wow lovely. I feel like you did this videos for me. Thank you so much for showing how to make cracker 🙏😍. Is it possible to make these crackers other than dryer.
@MyFoodForest4 жыл бұрын
Thank you ! I am so happy to hear that. I have never tried it out , but I guess it is possible to dehydrate in an oven at very low temperature and leaving it a little open for the moisture to go.Maby it needs more flax seed powder to make them crispy! I would try out with a small batch ..let me know if it works. Sundrying could work as well🌞🌿🙂

Is the resulting consistency, namely the crunchness, similar to those wheat Crackers that are sold in the supermarkets?
@MyFoodForest2 жыл бұрын
yes, they are super crunchy , but more dense than wheat crackers

How long do the crackers last in the container?
@MyFoodForest4 жыл бұрын
They last for several month if they are stored in an airtight container.Two month for sure , probably longer. Mine never last that long as they are eaten up quickly:)

Sarsh, do you sell these? I don't have a dehydrator. Could you sell them through PTDC?
@MyFoodForest4 жыл бұрын

Can you break down the recipe please and thank you.

Thank you for watching! I do not really have a recipe with exact amounts of ingredients and each time the things I make are a little different! But I can try to give you an approximate idea for the basic ingredients 1 large semi green papaya, 700 g of mixed beans and seeds for sprouting 150 g of grind up flax seeds this is enough to fill 5 to 7 trays depending on how thick you make them. Hope this helped.!You can experiment with more or less flax seeds or add other nuts and veggies to the mix- nothing can go wrong with raw food:)
